PARIVISION officially announces HObbit's signing; slaxejezzz moved to the bench
PARIVISION have announced the signing of HObbit, with the veteran set to join the active lineup as a replacement. slaxejezzz has been moved to the bench, and the organization hopes to loan him out to another team.
PARIVISION CEO Andrey Kvasnevsky said in a statement: "It is important to emphasize that we are not considering selling slaxejezzz. He remains part of PARIVISION, and we are counting on him in the future as well."
HObbit briefly stood in for PARIVISION this summer and helped the team finish as runners-up at XSE Pro League Guangzhou. Shortly after that event, he was replaced by FL1T. He has now returned alongside the Russian rifler and reunited with long-time coach dastan. dastan had previously spoken about HObbit at the Esports World Cup.
“I even think HObbit is stronger than slaxejezzz right now,” dastan said at the time in Paris when asked about moving the experienced Kazakh player out of the lineup. “But in the long run, slaxejezzz will develop more, and we need firepower. Because if we have HObbit, me, Jame, and FL1T on the team, it might be too difficult.”
Despite those concerns, the team opted to add HObbit's experience after a poor start to the season, raising the roster's average age to 25.2.
