September 26 CS Update: Rush collision fix; bug fix for silent bullets making sounds

CS2 Update:

Fixed multiple gaps and adjusted collision.

Fixed a bug where reload sounds could still play in some cases when attempting a silent reload.

[ Miscellaneous ]

Added the sv_clantags_enabled option so custom servers can disable clan tags.

The eggs of the background players in the main menu lobby are now placed in nests.
