MP7 | Skulls was first introduced to CS2 on 2013-08-14. It was released as part of The Arms Deal Collection. The skin can be found in the CS:GO Weapon Case container.

As a Mil-Spec Grade SMG skin with a Hydrographic finish, the float value ranges from 0.1 to 0.26, it is available in StatTrak™ and Souvenir versions.
